 OET 

The OET (Occupational English Test) was created to address the unique English language requirements of the healthcare industry. It evaluates the language skills of healthcare professionals who want to work in an English-speaking setting. Writing and Speaking examinations are provided in 12 different areas of healthcare to examine all four language skills. The identical reading and listening examinations are given to all candidates.

OET is approved as proof of English fluency for registration in 12 healthcare professions in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Namibia, and Singapore.

Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment Trust owns OET (CBLA). Cambridge English and Box Hill Institute have teamed up to create it.

OET Registration

Registration for the OET Exam: Candidates who wish to take the OET Exam must first register for the exam. Candidates will only be able to register online on the official website of the OET. To proceed with their OET online registration, candidates must first log in to my OET register on the official OET website by generating an OET Login. OET REGISTRATION

The Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment Trust (CBLA), the conducting body of the OET exam, has introduced the Home OET in response to the pandemic. This is the same OET exam that is given at a testing centre. The OET at House, on the other hand, would be a computer-based OET test administered from the candidate's own home. The OET at Home computer-based test is now available in a limited number of locations and for subjects in Medicine and Nursing. The facility is being expanded to accommodate more subjects. The Exam Pattern for the OET at the Test Center and the OET at Home is the same.

The goal of the programme is to make the OET test more accessible to healthcare professionals who want to work or study abroad and need OET results as part of their application. Candidates who wish to take the OET at Home exam should make sure they have the minimum system requirements for the exam. Candidates will also need to be in a test-friendly atmosphere for the length of the OET exam.

OET test slot booking: Candidates who want to book an OET exam slot must first register for the exam by selecting the needed exam mode, OET exam center, and selected OET exam date. As part of the OET slot booking process, candidates must also pay the OET exam fee.
